“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters.” Genesis 1:2

God created the heavens and the earth. God created not only heaven and earth from nothing, but God created me from nothing. I did not exist, and then God willed me, and loved me into existence. Enter prayerfully into this piece in both the light and dark; the light invites the eyes, but the dark also accentuates the light. Consider the waters below: the dark and the waves at points are indistinguishable. Ponder the good and merciful God, who created from nothing.
