Refund Policy
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Please send refund requests to: upperroomvancouver@rcav.org
Refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee per registrant.
No refunds will be issued on or after Wendesday, September 13. All refund requests must be received through upperroomvancouver@rcav.org.
